
Down 1.9 lbs this week. I am eating the right kinds of foods, drinking plenty of water most days, and going to the gym. I am getting familiar again with my muscles. Hell0!
When I lost weight last year I had a motto about the foods I ate. " If it has a label on it, don't eat it." So I am eating lots of green leafy salads, vegetables and fruits, nuts, grains, legumes, etc.
As far as the daily glass of wine, well, I do tear the label off the bottle before I pour myself a glass. Does that count? I think it does.
